The magic created and community built at Camp Heartland during summer camp sessions is not lost over the year. It is Camp Heartland's aim to stay connected to current and former campers through our Year-Round Support Programs, providing recreation opportunities and support. Year-Round Support is provided in several ways: Life Enhancement Programs (such as our Birthday Program and Camper Newsletter), Mini-sessions and Youth Retreat Programs, and Client & Family Support. Camp Heartland continues to make a positive impact on thousands of children impacted by HIV/AIDS throughout the year through its' summer camp programs and year-round support services.
