Camp Heartland Shares Camp Heartland understands the value of collaboration when working toward the best programs possible for youth impacted by HIV/AIDS. To assist in the development of new programs and to honor all the outstanding programs that have come before, we are developing program models and resource materials for distribution to partnering agencies.
