How You Can Help | Plan An Event

One of the most significant ways you can help children affected by HIV/AIDS is simply by raising money for Camp Heartland. Raising money for Camp Heartland not only allows us to keep providing the services that have become such a significant part of our campers' lives, but it also allows us to welcome new children to experience year-long support from Camp Heartland.

Friends of Camp Heartland

Friends of Camp Heartland are people just like YOU who want to help raise money but are not in school. (If you are a student and would like to help, please click here.) Organize a bake sale, benefit dinner, or art exhibit. Plan a Benefit Concert, Sports Tournament, or Dance Marathon. No matter how large or small the event, every effort is important to us.

Friends of Camp Heartland work with us throughout the year to plan their own events—in their neighborhoods, churches, community centers, workplace or with their families. Organizing fundraisers is not only fun, but it is also an incredibly rewarding experience to be involved with events that will make a BIG difference for our campers.

Want to help but don't know where to start? Need fundraising ideas or resources for your event? We are here to support you in your fundraising efforts. Contact Jess Brumm or 888-216-2028, ext. 15.

Some Easy Ways to Help

Trillion Penny Drive

In commemoration of World AIDS Day, December 1st , Camp Heartland encourages everybody to help support children impacted by HIV/AIDS by participating in our Trillion Penny Drive. This is one of the easiest fundraisers to support the children and gives you an opportunity to get rid of all that loose change that might be dragging you down. It is a great way for people of all ages to get involved and make a difference. To register for the 2005 Camp Heartland Trillion Penny Drive, click here.

Hearts of Hope

Camp Heartland has an easy and tasty way to raise money…through Heart of Hope chocolate lollipop sales. Celebrate Valentine's Day and support children affected by HIV/AIDS by selling chocolate lollipops with the Camp Heartland logo to friends, family, classmates, co-workers and neighbors from February 7-14.

For more information, download the Hearts of Hope order form & brochure, or contact Jess Brumm at 888-216-2028, ext. 15.
