Director of Development (Full-time). Minneapolis office. The Director of Development's primary responsibility is to lead the organization's day-to-day development efforts in order to achieve revenue goals to build and sustain Camp Heartland's mission and vision. The Director of Development creates and oversees the implementation of a strategic approach to fundraising which may include donor cultivation, major gifts, planned giving, corporate donations, grant writing and solicitation, direct appeals, special events and in-kind resources. The Director of Development will also oversee the organization's marketing and communications department. A minimum of five years professional non-profit fundraising experience, with demonstrated success in managing staff, board and volunteers. Development Coordinator (Full-Time). Milwaukee office. 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, public relations, marketing or sales preferable. Excellent computer skills along with the ability to quickly learn new programs. Demonstrated organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work within a team, familiarity with special events, individual giving, corporate relations.
